OUR HISTORY
What happened to Serial/Trash?
For those who don't know... Tapping Gravity is the rebranded version of Serial/Trash Ltd.
About 20 years ago, two friends launched a music magazine inspired by London’s live venues and zines. We named it “Serial Trash” for its serialised, ephemeral nature of music magazines. The magazine didn’t last, but the name did. Charlie kept the name for his design business because it made him laugh. And the name has seen him through a financial crash, a pandemic and hundreds of projects. Now, we’ve retired the name as we’ve moved on, letting it fade away.
