The Challenge
Despite significant investment in their flexible benefits plan, JP Morgan struggled with low employee engagement (around 30% enrolment). Their communication wasn’t connecting, and they needed a fresh strategy to boost participation and excitement.
The Work
After conducting strategy workshops, we found our solution. The goal was to make their benefits simpler and more relatable. Our approach was to create CGI characters that were fun and approachable. These characters were used to bring the campaign to life and get employees more involved.
The Outcome
The new approach was a huge success, boosting employee enrolment from 30% to over 70%. This helped JP Morgan better understand what benefits employees wanted and allowed them to plan more efficiently, and leverage economies of scale. By making them cute we helped JP Morgan save millions.
